Zack Allen is an entrepreneur, recruiter, and remote-team operator. He began working in online retail in 2017. After making his first hire in the Philippines in 2021, he built an international team that took over much of the day-to-day work inside his Amazon business.
In 2023, Zack founded Talented. The recruiting system that started as an internal operating advantage became a company serving ecommerce founders, agency owners, and other growing businesses. Zack works across locations and time zones rather than presenting one city as the center of his work.
