What you may use
You may quote, cite, and link to aggregate findings that Talented has intentionally published on its research pages, including the headline statistics, written conclusions, and methodology summaries visible on those pages.
Attribution must identify Talented as the source and include a link to the original report. Quoted figures must retain the scope and qualifications stated in that report.
What is not licensed
This permission does not apply to underlying application or placement records, candidate or client information, assessment content, prompts, scoring systems, thresholds, rejection logic, source-level performance, unpublished analyses, database structures, software, or other proprietary methods and materials.
No raw or row-level dataset is offered for download or redistribution. Automated bulk extraction, creation of a derivative dataset, resale, sublicensing, or representation that Talented endorses a third party requires prior written permission.
