Email talent@scouttalented.com with “Cadence Support” in the subject line. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Camera or microphone will not start

Open iPhone Settings → Apps → Cadence by Talented and allow Camera and Microphone access. Then close and reopen Cadence.

Saving a recording

When Cadence asks for Photos access, choose Allow Add Photos Access so completed recordings can be saved to your library.

Cadence does not use analytics or account tracking. Read the Cadence Privacy Policy for details.
